The admission process for the Academic Session 2026–27 is now open. Parents will be able to apply for registration only in the online mode, on the School Website. Registrations will be open for Pre-Nursery to class IX.
The registration process can be completed by filling in an online registration form available in the admissions section of the School’s website, uploading of self-attested scanned copies of the required documents and after making an online payment of a fee of INR 2500. Additionally, there is a need to upload a scanned copy of a recent passport size colour photograph of the student and that of both the parents (one in case of a single parent/Legal Guardian). Once the registration process is completed successfully, the student will be assigned a unique registration number (NE-XXXXXX), which will be mentioned on the admit card shared over email on the registered email id and through WhatsApp message on their registered mobile number respectively. Parents are requested to share the mobile number on which WhatsApp is active.
Students seeking admission across different classes will be assessed on their learning readiness on various parameters including age-appropriate subject skills depending upon the class applied for. Dates for assessment will be allotted on ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. Requests for change in date for assessment will not be entertained. On failing to appear on the scheduled date of assessment, the registration will stand cancelled.
The selection process for the students of Pre-Nursery to class III shall be based on the information as received in the online registration form, an assessment of the student by the teachers followed by an interactive session with the School Authorities which the child needs to attend along with both the parents or single parent/legal guardian, as the case may be. The result shall be communicated to the parents via email on the registered email id and through WhatsApp message on their registered mobile number respectively.
The selection process for Classes IV to IX shall be based on the information as received in the online registration form and an assessment test followed by an interactive session with the Principal, which the child needs to attend along with both the parents or the single parent/legal guardian, as the case may be. We have a provision for an online proctored assessment for admission to class IV onwards followed by an online interview for outstatation students. However, this shall be done on the request of the parents after they register their ward for an assessment. The result shall be communicated to the parents via email on the registered email id and through WhatsApp message on their registered mobile number respectively.
If the previous school’s report card for your ward, for whom you wish to apply, has grades instead of marks please follow the below mentioned matrix for marks entry:

The admission formalities will have to be completed within the deadline specified in the Selection Letter of the child. The admission shall be deemed complete upon the payment of the requisite fee and submission of the documents specified in the Selection Letter, on or before the deadline stated therein.
The parents shall submit the duly filled up Medical Form and the Doctor's certificate (both of which will be provided in a PDF format along with the Selection Letter) to the School at the time of completing the admission formalities.
Please note that under no circumstances, an extension shall be given beyond the last date mentioned in the selection letter for payment of fee and requests for the same shall not be entertained.
It is mandatory for all students seeking admission to submit the following documents within 7 days of commencement of the academic session.
The School Management reserves the right to have the final word in all matters related to the admission procedure.
Registration for the school transport service will be conducted on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis and will be subject to the availability of seats. To initiate the registration process, parents are requested to access the transport registration form via the link, which will be provided in the Selection Letter. Upon submission of the form, the School’s Transport Department will subsequently get in touch with them to take the process forward.
Once selected, parents will be required to complete the admission formalities and pay the requisite fee through the designated online payment link provided in the Selection Letter, within the stipulated deadline. Parents need to Sign-up/Log-in by using the Primary Mobile Number as provided by them in the admission form at the time of filling the same.
Please note that the Tuition Fee for the first quarter of the academic session for which admission has been sought, the Transport Fee for the first quarter (if opted for) and the Annual Fee have to be deposited in advance at the time of admission, along with the Admission Fee (Part I) and the Security Deposit. For parents who have opted for part payment of the Admission Fee, the Admission Fee (Part II) must be submitted via a post-dated cheque dated 1st March 2026, along with the duly completed Medical Form and Doctor’s Certificate, as per the formats provided with the Selection Letter. These documents and the cheque must be submitted within the due date for admission, as specified in the Selection Letter.
